Appellant Harrison Oliver (Case No. 1195, September Term, 1983) and appellants Danny Lee Oliver, Harrison Oliver, Ralph Ray Kolb, and Irene Katherine Kolb (Case No. 1369, September Term, 1983) noted this appeal from judgments of the Circuit Court for Carroll County, challenging their sentences to various terms of probation.
