The parties to this appeal are three brothers. Irwin Mordka was the plaintiff in the trial court and is the appellee here. Maurice Mordka, Harvey Mordka and Mordka Enterprises, Inc., which was equally owned by the three brothers, were the defendants in the trial court and have appealed. The trial court held, in part, that the corporation was "deadlocked as contemplated by A.R.S. § 10-097" and directed that final judgment...
