Plaintiff appeals as of right from a judgment of no cause of action on her claim that she was discriminatorily discharged by defendants from her employment on the basis of marital status, contrary to the Elliott-Larsen Civil Rights Act, MCL 37.2202(1); MSA 3.548(202)(1), which prohibits employment discrimination based on marital status.
