This case arises out of the discharge of a registered nurse, Catherine Sue Wagenseller, by her former employer, Scottsdale Memorial Hospital. It involves questions concerning the construction of employment-at-will contracts and whether the employer was required to follow certain published personnel policies relating to the discharge.
