Gary Michael Floyd was tried and convicted of the offense of murder and sentenced to death. On direct appeal we affirmed this conviction and sentence. Floyd v. State, 233 Ga. 280 (210 S.E.2d 810) (1974) cert. denied, 431 U.S. 949 (1977).
