Certiorari was granted to consider the opinion of the Court of Appeals in Allstate Ins. Co. v. Stafford, 166 Ga.App. 599 (305 S.E.2d 163) (1983). The trial court denied Allstate's motion for summary judgment. The Court of Appeals reversed, and we affirm the Court of Appeals.
