This is an appeal from a probation revocation. On January 13, 1982, appellant was placed on probation for a period of five years after a jury found him guilty of one count of unlawful furnishing of marijuana. On January 18, 1982, appellant filed a notice of appeal of the conviction and sentence. On January 27, 1983, a petition to revoke appellant's probation was filed alleging that, on January 13, 1983, appellant violated two terms...
