This is an action to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services ("Secretary"), denying the claimant's applications for disability insurance benefits, a period of disability, and supplemental security income. Federal jurisdiction derives from 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Both parties have moved for summary judgment. I conclude that the Secretary's final decision is based on an erroneous application...
