Defendant appeals his conviction for robbery in the first degree on stipulated facts after he waived trial by jury. He was sentenced to 20 years imprisonment, including a minimum mandatory term of ten years imposed pursuant to ORS 144.110 and a minimum mandatory term of five years imposed pursuant to ORS 161.610, to be served concurrently.
