This case was originally filed on July 11, 1983 and is presently before the Court on the motion for summary judgment of defendants, Economy Autos, Ltd. and John C. White, Sr. For reasons set forth below, summary judgment as to plaintiff, Frank Cwiakala's federal claim against John C. White, Sr. is granted in favor of defendant White and the remaining state law pendent claims are dismissed without prejudice....
