Sections 405(g), 1395ff(b), to review the final determination of the Secretary of Health and Human Services ("Secretary") denying plaintiff reimbursement for 100 days of care in a skilled nursing facility under Title XVIII of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 1395, et seq....
