This matter is before the court on the Petition of Ernest Blevins requesting the court to restore sixteen (16) hours of annual leave that Mr. Blevins was forced to take as a result of testifying as a subpoenaed witness in this Title VII case. Mr. Blevins also seeks an award of counsel fees and costs incurred as a result of pursuing this Petition. Defendant, the United States Postal Service, opposes the Petition...
