Intamin, Inc. ("Intamin") has sued Figley-Wright Contractors, Inc. ("Figley-Wright") as principal and James Figley and Leonard Wright as guarantors in a five-count Complaint, Counts II and IV of which sound in the Uniform Commercial Code ("UCC").
