In this sex discrimination case by union members against their union, the three questions raised on appeal are whether the District Court should have dismissed plaintiffs' Title VII claim because plaintiffs did not file charges with the EEOC, whether the 6 months statute of limitations found applicable in Delcostello v. Teamsters, 462 U.S. 151, 103 S.Ct. 2281, 76 L.Ed.2d 476 (1983), should be applied retroactively...
