This is a petition for a writ of habeas corpus brought pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioner is an inmate at the Bridgewater State Hospital Treatment Center in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, who pleaded guilty in Suffolk Superior Court to twenty-three indictments for statutory rape and related offenses.
