PER CURIAM:

This is an appeal from the denial of a motion for a preliminary injunction. Appellants sought to enjoin the foreclosure of a second trust on their house, pending the outcome of a suit to rescind the transaction which led to the threatened foreclosure. After the trial court denied the injunction, the foreclosure took place, and the house was sold to a third party who is not before the court. Appellee argues that the sale makes this appeal moot.
