SHORES, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment entered on a jury verdict for the defendant, Dawn Lee, in a wrongful death action brought by Kathleen Curry as administratrix of the estate of Lee Dale Curry. The suit was filed as the result of an automobile accident in which Lee Dale Curry was killed when his automobile collided head-on with an automobile driven by the defendant. We affirm.
