Plaintiffs-appellants Randustrial Benefit Plan et al. (plaintiffs) appeal from the court of common pleas' granting of a motion for summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees Rollins Burdick Hunter Agency of Ohio, Inc. et al. (defendants). For reasons adduced below, the judgment is reversed and the cause remanded.
