Plaintiff Blanche E. LaDolce ("LaDolce") sued the Bank Administration Institute ("BAI") for age discrimination in employment pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act ("ADEA"), 29 U.S.C. § 626(b) and Section 16(b) of the Fair Labor Standards Act ("FLSA"), 29 U.S.C. § 216(b).
