Pursuant to the Contract Disputes Act of 1978, 41 U.S.C. § 601 et seq., appellant (contractor) appeals a decision of the General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals (the "Board") denying its claim for a contract time extension of 32 calendar days plus impact costs of $72,032.
