Defendant Theodore Lawrence Varoz, a podiatrist, appeals from his conviction on eight counts of submitting false Medicare claims in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1395nn(a)(1)(i). On appeal defendant challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support each conviction.
