The issue before the Court in this Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) action, is the defendant's motion for partial summary judgment. In claims 1 and 2, the plaintiff seeks amounts allegedly due for unpaid minimum wage and overtime compensation pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 216(b).
