Plaintiff Taylor Rental Corporation appeals and defendant Ted Godwin Leasing, Inc. cross-appeals from the judgment of the Thirteenth Judicial District Court, Yellowstone County. The District Court granted Godwin's motion for summary judgment, holding that Taylor had no security interest in certain rental equipment and that Godwin was entitled to the equipment. The Court awarded Godwin $1,273.30 on its counterclaim for rental under an oral lease agreement...
