Appellant was convicted by a jury of remaining in a room of the U.S. Capitol Building with intent to disrupt the orderly conduct of official business of the United States Senate in violation of D.C.Code § 9-112(b)(3) (1981).1 On appeal he contends that the trial court committed reversible error in failing to instruct the jury that appellant must have had the specific intent to violate the law with knowledge of the statute...
