GIVAN, Chief Justice.

Following a jury trial, the appellant was sentenced to thirty-eight (38) years imprisonment for felony murder.

The facts are these. The victim was killed in her home in the Cedar Lake area sometime on the day of August 16, 1979. The crime was not discovered until the next day when neighbors went to investigate. The victim was discovered in her bedroom. She had been bound and gagged. The coroner testified the cause of death was suffocation...
