LaVerne Armijo (plaintiff) appeals from a summary judgment granted to defendants, Regents of U.N.M. (Regents) and Dr. Willis Kephart. Plaintiff brought an action against defendants on her own behalf and on behalf of her deceased infant son, Raymundo Armijo (Raymundo).
