This matter is before the court on the Chapter 7 trustee's objection to the debtors' claim that they are entitled to exempt $1,290 of undistributed funds paid to the Chapter 13 trustee in furtherance of the debtors' confirmed Chapter 13 plan. The trustee asserts that the undistributed funds are property of the Chapter 7 estate which may not be exempted by the debtors due to 11 U.S.C. § 522(g)(1)(A) ...
