I.S. Joseph Company, Inc. (JOSCO), appeals from the District Court's entry of summary judgment in favor of defendants (shipowners). JOSCO brought suit against shipowners under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-68 (1982). Shipowners are foreign individuals and business entities.
