The appellant was sentenced to seven years imprisonment upon a plea of guilty to a charge of armed robbery. His motion under Rule 27.26 alleges the plea was invalid because he was misinformed concerning the law, he was under the influence of drugs, he was threatened with excessive punishment and the state withheld exculpatory evidence.
