Appellant Frank Howard, Jr. sought automobile insurance through Claire Meyers, an agent and officer of H-M Insurance Agency, Inc. (H-M Agency). The H-M Agency is an independent insurance agency with authority to solicit applications for various insurance companies, including appellee, the Moore Group, Inc.
