EDWARDS, Judge.

Appellant, Beatrice Butler, appeals a State Civil Service Commission ruling dismissing as untimely her appeal for back pay allegedly owed her for the performance of duties as an Account Clerk II when she was classified only as a Typist Clerk II (later promoted to Typist Clerk III), a lower paying position with fewer duties. We affirm.
