This is an interlocutory appeal from an order appointing a receiver of a corporation that operates a water slide as an amusement business. The defendants, Congress-Kenilworth Corporation, James Adams and John Stafford (collectively Congress-Kenilworth) claim that the trial court was in error when it appointed a receiver on the petition of the plaintiffs, W.E. Erickson Company, Inc....
