On that same date Judge Clarence Cooper signed a temporary restraining order, which basically restrained the defendants from taking any further steps to complete the acquisition of Coca-Cola Bottling Mideast, Inc., by the Procter & Gamble Company and further restrained Coca-Cola Bottling Mideast from disclosing...
