OPINION BY JUDGE DOYLE, September 1, 1983:

This is an appeal of an order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed a referee's award on a Fatal Claim Petition in favor of Sylvia Hochman, the widow of Seymour Hochman. We reverse.
