The trial court awarded a default judgment to Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Co. (Panhandle). It permanently enjoined Leland and Fannie Rees from interfering with Panhandle's easement rights to maintain its pipelines which traverse the Reeses' property. On appeal, the Reeses raise several issues surrounding their general contention that the grant of a permanent injunction was erroneous because the trial court did not decide whether Panhandle's actions...
