In this action, the plaintiffs, members of the Menominee Indian Tribe, have brought suit against seventeen county and tribal officials, individually and in their official capacities, alleging ten causes of action arising from a car chase, crash, and subsequent arrest. Each of the seventeen defendants has moved to dismiss the amended complaint for failure to state a claim pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure...
