These appeals follow jury verdicts finding both defendants guilty of the lesser included offense of possession of marijuana (Health & Saf. Code, § 11357, subd. (c)), a misdemeanor. Defendants argue that in light of their conviction of divertible offenses they are entitled to have the judgments reversed so that the trial judge can reconsider their diversion applications.
