Plaintiffs were employed at the Ferroslag Division Plant of defendant Spang and Company in Lorain, Ohio, until on or about July 20, 1982, at which time said plant was closed by defendant. This action, brought pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (hereinafter referred to as "ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1001, et seq., and the Labor-Management Relations Act (hereinafter referred to as "LMRA"...
