This matter is before the Court on the defendants' motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to "Rules 12(b)(6), 21 and 23 of the Federal Rules of [Civil] Procedure." According to the complaint, the plaintiffs are two former clients of an executive employment service who allegedly represent a class of over 2,000 similarly situated clients.
