MEMORANDUM-DECISION AND ORDER

McCURN, District Judge.

Defendants Gerhardt Investment Group ("Gerhardt") and Marketing America, Inc. ("Marketing") have moved to vacate a default judgment entered against them on December 21, 1982. The Court concludes that vacating the judgment would serve the interests of justice, and therefore grants the motion.
