NYE, Chief Justice.

In a jury trial, appellant was convicted of the offenses of aggravated sexual abuse and indecency with a child. Punishment, also determined by the jury, was assessed at twenty-five years imprisonment for the aggravated sexual abuse and five years imprisonment for the indecency with a child.
