Petitioner was found guilty of driving under the influence of an intoxicating beverage and possession of marijuana, both felonies,1 and sentenced to a maximum term of five years' imprisonment for each offense, the terms to run concurrently. The court first suspended execution of the sentences and placed petitioner on probation. When he was later found guilty of violating his probation, the suspension order was revoked...
