Plaintiff Nora King Hopkins, a white female, sued the City of Jonesboro, Arkansas under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e et seq. alleging that discrimination against her because of her sex resulted in her constructive discharge. She contended that the defendant discriminated against her in regard to assignment to radio relief, days off, transfer to full time radio...
