On December 10, 1981, a jury found appellant guilty of one count of conspiracy to commit first degree murder, two counts of first degree murder, one count of attempted first degree murder, three counts of kidnapping, three counts of armed robbery and one count of first degree burglary. On January 11, 1982, appellant was sentenced to life imprisonment for conspiracy to commit first degree murder...
