This case consolidates two appeals from the decision and order of the Workmen's Compensation Appeal Board (Board). The William F. Rittner Co. (Employer) appeals from the Board's affirmance of a referee's decision granting compensation to the widow and minor children of Ernest L. Rittner (Decedent), who was killed in a motor vehicle accident while driving a van owned and maintained by the Employer. (No. 3040 C.D. 1981...
