Appellant brings this appeal from his conviction of five counts of forgery, class 4 felonies,1 following trial by jury. The state filed an allegation of prior convictions alleging that appellant had been convicted of three previous felonies. After the jury returned its verdicts finding appellant guilty of five counts of forgery as charged, appellant admitted prior convictions for assault with a deadly weapon...
