Following a plenary trial this court entered judgment reducing the assessment on the subject property for the years 1978 and 1979. The taxing district appealed from that judgment to the Appellate Division of the Superior Court; the appeal is pending. Plaintiff taxpayer has now filed two motions with this court requesting separate forms of relief.
