Defendant Novamont Corporation ("Novamont") has moved pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2101(f) for an order staying the execution of the judgment entered in this action on August 12, 1983 pending the disposition of Novamont's petition to the Supreme Court for a writ of certiorari to our Court of Appeals with respect to its decision in this action.
