The petitioners by this special action challenge the authority of the Industrial Commission of the State of Arizona to set the amount of attorney's fees in a lump sum commutation decision. The petitioner Sanchez sustained an industrial injury and retained the petitioner Van Baalen as his attorney to represent Mr. Sanchez in the proceedings before the Industrial Commission. Mr. Sanchez entered into a contingent fee agreement with his attorney...
