In this case we hold that no error was committed by the Circuit Court for Kent County (Rasin, J.) in the trial of Deno Constantine Kanaras, the appellant, and we shall affirm the judgment of that court. Appellant was indicted by the grand jury for Harford County on July 28, 1981 for murder, daytime housebreaking and theft offenses.
